Our farms

OUR COMPANY

All of Daesung’s farms are managed by and grouped under three different business entities, all of which have been established by Daesung Inc. These three entities are region specific: Daesung America Inc. corresponds to the United States, Neo Farm Australia to Australia, and Neo Farm Co. likewise to New Zealand. Daesung America (also known as DSA) manages two farms in Central California: Kim Farm and Rivera Farm which grow almonds (both organic and conventional) and walnuts. Neo Farm Australia runs operations in four farms in eastern Australia: Camp Joshua, Tristar Farm, Immanuel Farm, and JCR, all of which are devoted to growing macadamia nuts. Lastly, Neo Farm Co. oversees the operations of one farm, Camp David, in New Zealand. Camp David grows different varieties of apples and gold kiwifruits. Over the years, all of our business entities abroad have succeeded in gaining the trust of the regional agriculture markets as we provide job opportunities and create honest, upstanding partnerships with our processors and Daesung’s subsidiaries.

Our Farm Philosophy

1. Organic, Clean Growing

A portion of our produce is organically grown. But even if our other produce isn’t “organic” by name, we grow everything with the same care and philosophy of being mindful of the environment.

2. Protecting the Environment

Without nature, there is no agriculture. Nurturing nature means nurturing our farms and what we grow. It’s why we do our best to be mindful of the environment we grow in.

3. Serving the Community

With our farms, we haven the opportunity to not only take part in the local market but also provide jobs for our local workers and farmers.

4. Enjoying What We Do

Farming isn’t monotonous work. It’s fun! Every day is different. That’s why we enjoy what we do: not because we have to, but because we want to.
